Adam is not like that, he lives in the Cove and has been in the long term and short term rental market for years..he knows from experience dealing with clients what they like in a property, and based on this he has added selling homes over the last few years. Adam’s pricing is very competitive and he uses all the websites sale boards that all the other agents rely on…. Friends, who have recommended our property (to their friends) as something to buy. speak very highly of Adam based on their friends feedback …

Despite taking over a poor performing listing, during the middle of COVID19 lockdown, and with burnt prospective purchasers from the previous agent, we proceeded full steam ahead with Adam’s campaign, and re listed the property. Almost instantly we received huge enquiry levels, multiple solid offers, and ultimately sold with a great price.
